Airport shuttle transfer is Door-to-Door service and it is operated between Airport and Hotels / Japanese Ryokan in central Tokyo / Maihama area.
*Apartment(called Minpaku), Capsul hotel and Guest house are not available.

Meet and Greet at Airport
Airport Shuttle to Hotel from Airport comes with a meet service free of charge.
Driver or staff will wait for you at the arrival exit after customs from 30 minutes of actual Flight arrival time with a Green Tomato logo on a signboard.
Even if your flight is delayed / arrives at the airport earlier than estimated time, you don't need to worry. We are monitoring actual arrival time of customers' flights.
Narita Airport can be used by passengers arriving between 6:00 and 20:30, based on the scheduled arrival time.
Haneda Airport can be used by customers who arrive between 5:00 and 20:30 based on the scheduled arrival time.
Kansai International Airport can be used by customers who arrive between 5:00 and 20:30 based on the scheduled arrival time.
